Job Description:
Your daily duties will include:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process—from gathering requirements to rate negotiation—while partnering with hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline: Identify top IT talent via LinkedIn and other platforms; build a pipeline for current and future roles.
- Job Posting & Branding: Create compelling job ads and contribute to Employer Branding to position Incubly as a top employer.
- Candidate Experience & Interviews: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates’ skills and fit, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- ATS Management: Track recruitment activities in Recruitee, ensuring accurate reporting and updates.
- Strategy & Performance Measurement: Build and refine hiring strategies that attract top talent and measure recruitment success through data and analytics.

Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in the independent execution of recruitment projects in the IT area
- Direct search skills
- Practical knowledge of recruitment tools
- Self-driven with exceptional motivation to achieve hiring goals
- Willingness to learn
- Hands-on approach to solving problems
- Advanced level of English
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
