Job Description:

Your daily duties will include:

• Execution of full recruitment process - you start with requirements gathering and finish with agreement preparation
• New candidates sourcing - use the best sources as you see fit
• Cooperation with Hiring Managers - you are the expert and we want you to share knowledge with us
• Performing interviews with candidates - you are the first line of representation of our company and build excellent candidates experience
• Creation and publication of job posts - let's come up with something that will draw candidates’ attention
• Preparing documentation - use quick and simple templates to close the deal

• At least 3 years of experience years of experience in the independent execution of recruitment projects in the IT area
• Direct search skills
• Practical knowledge of recruitment tools
• Knowledge of the IT area to understand roles and projects
• Willingness to learn
• Hands-on approach to solving problems
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Good communication skills
