Your tasks and responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including task breakdowns, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage project schedules, track progress, and adjust plans to address risks or changes.
Budget & Resource Management:
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to allocate tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project-related issues proactively to keep timelines and quality intact.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and develop resource allocation plans to optimize team tasks.
Perform tasks within the project team according to the area of responsibility.
Cooperate with clients on a daily basis to successfully execute tasks and meet objectives.
Provide technical support to the PoC team and projects (so-called after-sales process).
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and milestones.
Facilitate meetings to align teams on objectives, priorities, and responsibilities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze KPIs on delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Prepare reports and risk assessments, using metrics to identify and implement improvements.
Contribute to refining project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
Suggest improvements to optimize workflows, processes, and overall project delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project delivery role.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and traditional project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication skills for coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, with experience tracking KPIs and using insights for continuous improvement.
Experience in fostering company culture and ensuring team alignment with organizational values.
Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
