Location: Remote or in our Warsaw office
Your tasks and responsibilities:
🔹 Engage in technical discussions regarding infrastructure and platform architecture.
🔹 Partner with product and engineering teams to support and streamline feature delivery.
🔹 Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
🔹 Develop automation solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
🔹 Deploy and manage applications — including static frontend apps — in AWS.
🔹 Improve tooling, workflows, and overall infrastructure stability across environments.
🔹 Collaborate closely with developers and provide operational guidance across teams.
🔹 Participate in code reviews and ensure deployment quality, consistency, and best practices.
Requirements:
✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
✅ Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
✅ Proven production experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
✅ Experience with automation and infrastructure tooling (IaC, scripting, pipelines).
✅ Solid SQL knowledge and familiarity with Postgres or MySQL.
✅ Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, scalability challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
✅ Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting engineers across teams.
✅ Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level).
✅ Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Nice to have:

✨ Experience building or supporting API-driven applications.
