Contract Type: B2B 12 000 - 15 000 PLN net + VAT per month, plus a bonus tied to project performance and margins.
Location: Hybrid - Warsaw
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Business Development & New Business:
Take ownership of acquiring new clients and building a strong sales pipeline from scratch
Identify and research potential clients, target industries, and key decision-makers
Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their business and technology needs
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate additional business
Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM data and regularly report on pipeline, activities, and sales results
Take an active role in developing and improving our business development strategy
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
Proven track record in new business acquisition and outbound sales
Strong hunter mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Experience managing the sales process from prospecting to closing
Experience selling B2B services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2)
Ability to communicate confidently with senior-level decision-makers
Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate client needs into business opportunities
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently deliver against targets
Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales prospecting tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Goal-oriented and results-driven approach
Openness to feedback and continuous learning
Nice to Have:
Experience selling software development, IT consulting, or team augmentation services
Existing network of contacts within the IT industry
Experience working with international clients, particularly in Europe, the UK, or North America
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and common technology services
