• Location: Remote or in our Warsaw office

Your tasks and responsibilities

🔹 Coordinate daily operations and communication across multiple development teams.
🔹 Conduct team meetings and regular 1:1 sessions.
🔹 Manage team administration, including time-off calendars and timesheet accuracy.
🔹 Identify top talents and match team members to suitable responsibilities.
🔹 Support recruitment processes, including technical screening and onboarding.
🔹 Provide technical mentorship and uphold engineering best practices.
🔹 Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
🔹 Contribute to software development using Ruby on Rails.
🔹 Support technical estimations and planning for new initiatives.
🔹 Participate in technical estimations and early-stage project scoping.
🔹 Drive continuous improvement in team processes, quality, and collaboration.

Requirements

✅ Experience coordinating or supervising technical teams.
✅ Ability to run team meetings, 1:1s, and act as a communication bridge between engineers and leadership.
✅ Solid experience with Ruby on Rails (ideally 4+ years).
✅ Experience with Active Record and RSpec.
✅ Experience working on production applications in AWS or Heroku.
✅ Strong understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
✅ Experience writing tests / TDD or strong commitment to testing culture.
✅ Ability to perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
✅ Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to identify team strengths, support individual development, and maintain a healthy team culture.

✅ Polish and English at B2+ level.

Nice to have:

Recruitment Process:

1st Stage: 30-minute video interview with one of our recruitment team members.

2nd Stage: 1-hour technical video interview.

3rd Stage: 1-hour interview with our Delivery Manager.
