  • Location: Warsaw or the possibility of Remote work


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers.
  • Introduce and develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy contributing to the company’s revenue.
  • Qualify leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel.
  • Drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Establish inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
  • Attend international conferences.
  • Coordinate daily activities with the Sales Team.
  • Follow up on leads and research to identify potential prospects.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity (in close collaboration with the marketing team).


We need you if you...

  • Have 4+ years of experience in IT services and Team Augmentation sales
  • Have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Can identify and research business opportunities.
  • Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Possess knowledge of the IT industry.
  • Are ready to travel for business, including trips to the USA.
  • Are fluent in both English and Polish.
  • Have experience in building sales teams and processes.
