Job Description:
Your daily duties will include:
- Conducting activities related to employee lifecycle and administration
- Preparing HR documentation and files, maintaining HR systems
- Preparing all documents for new employees (based on ready-made document templates),
- Cooperating with the external Accounting Office
- Conducting comprehensive personnel services for employees and contractors
- Preparation and maintenance of mandatory records on employee matters,
- Preparation and attention to the validity of contracts (employment contract, contract of mandate, B2B),
- Preparation of letters and documents for external institutions,
- Accounting for salaries, preparation of payrolls.
- Taking care of the correct flow of invoices in the company

Job requirements
- 2+ years of Experience as HR and Payroll Specialist
- Practical knowledge of payroll regulations and rules
- Willingness to learn
- Hands-on approach to solving problems
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Focus on details
- Good knowledge of Ms Office, especially MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and develop in Administration matters
