Job Description:

Your daily duties will include:

  • Conducting activities related to employee lifecycle and administration
  • Preparing HR documentation and files, maintaining HR systems 
  • Preparing all documents for new employees (based on ready-made document templates),
  • Cooperating with the external Accounting Office 
  • Conducting comprehensive personnel services for employees and contractors
  • Preparation and maintenance of mandatory records on employee matters,
  • Preparation and attention to the validity of contracts (employment contract, contract of mandate, B2B),
  • Preparation of letters and documents for external institutions,
  • Accounting for salaries, preparation of payrolls.
  • Taking care of the correct flow of invoices in the company

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of Experience as HR and Payroll Specialist
  • Practical knowledge of payroll regulations and rules
  • Willingness to learn
  • Hands-on approach to solving problems
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Focus on details
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office, especially MS Excel
  • Willingness to learn and develop in Administration matters
