Job Description:

Your daily duties will include:

  • Conducting activities related to employee lifecycle, administration, HR initiatives & projects
  • Preparing HR documentation and files, maintaining HR systems 
  • Preparing all documents for new employees (based on ready-made document templates),
  • Cooperating with the external Accounting Office (holiday request applications, health and safety regulations)
  • Preparation of letters and documents for external institutions,
  • Taking care of the correct flow of invoices in the company
  • Improvement of payroll and invoicing processes 
  • Conducting the process of hiring foreigners
  • Organization and coordination of business trips and events 
  • Preparing presentations

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of Experience as Payroll Specialist/HR Administration Specialist
  • Willingness to investigate and improve processes
  • Hands-on approach to solving problems
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Focus on details
  • Readiness to work in the office in Warsaw
  • Knowledge of labor law;
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office, especially MS Excel
  • Practical knowledge of payroll regulations and rules
